All visits are by appointment. While we welcome walk-ins and strive to accommodate same-day appointments based on availability, we encourage scheduling in advance.

Appointment Guidelines
Session Duration
- •Initial Evaluation: 45-60 minutes for comprehensive assessment
- •Follow-up Appointments: 15-30 minutes based on your needs
Please plan your schedule accordingly to ensure adequate time for your visit.
Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice Required: To reschedule or cancel your appointment without charge, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
Important: Patients with two or more no-shows or a pattern of last-minute cancellations may be discharged from our practice to ensure availability for committed patients.
Payment & Insurance
We accept most major insurance plans in Minnesota. Our billing team will verify your coverage and help you understand your benefits.
Self-Pay Patients
If you are not covered by insurance, payment is expected at the time of service. We offer flexible payment arrangements for qualifying patients. Please contact our billing department at 952-395-5222 to discuss options.
You are ultimately responsible for all fees. Prompt payment ensures continuity of care and helps us maintain quality services for all patients.
Medical Records
Your medical records are maintained with the highest level of confidentiality and security. To request your records:
- Complete a patient records request form
- Sign a release of information authorization
- Provide destination details (fax, address, email, phone) if transferring to another provider
Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for record requests to be processed.
Prescription Management
Medication Refills
- •Medications are managed and refilled during scheduled appointments
- •Please plan ahead and notify your provider of refill needs during visits
- •Overdue follow-ups require an appointment before refills can be authorized
- •No refills are processed after-hours, on weekends, or holidays
Important: Regular attendance at scheduled appointments is required to maintain prescription services. Frequent cancellations without rescheduling may result in discontinuation of medication management.
Controlled Substances Policy
Our practice maintains strict guidelines for controlled substance prescriptions to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
Key Policies:
- •Evidence of misuse, abuse, or inability to control usage will result in immediate discontinuation
- •Repeated early refill requests may lead to discharge from the practice
- •We do not prescribe narcotic pain medications
- •Active substance use may preclude controlled substance prescriptions
- •Random toxicology screening may be required
- •Deviation from prescribed usage is grounds for termination of care

Telehealth Privacy
Our telehealth platform employs industry-standard encryption and security measures. Your mobile information and session data are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
